Care Policy:

The majority of our products are made with rhinestones to give you the dazzle factor. MoreyFaith collection is made for those who want to look ultra dazzled and feel dazzled at a pool party, at a photo shoot, or in your home pool. Please note- all products containing rhinestones (including the dazzled collection with metallic materials) should be hand-washed with cold or lukewarm water for a longer period of time due to chlorine levels in both pool and beach water. 

How Long Before My Order Is Shipped?

 A.  We use UPS & USPS, regular and priority shipping  .  This may vary with overseas orders as we have other options like DHL. Orders are processed immediately and shipping will be sent before 4PM. Orders in California will be received same day or next day this is our estimation since we process and label immediately. 

        _ SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150 is free no code required. 

       - LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES

        MoreyFaith Collection will not be responsible for stolen or lost orders. Please track packages to monitor your order, call  UPS or United State Postal Service for any lost, stolen package.

B. TRACKING INFORMATION

 We will be sending your order tracking numbers as well as a email confirmation of your order. This will be available between 1-2 hours after orders is made.  Please check to make sure you provide a correct and effective email address. 

C. Factors beyond our control might delay shipping. For example, high volumes of orders during the holidays, in the event of bad weather conditions including but not limited to flash floods, hurricanes, etc in this case picking next day shipping option is advice. 

D. . For overseas custom orders. if your dazzled order is processed through customs, this may require extra fees that the customer will be responsible for.

Please read the following before guidelines before making your purchase.

A. There will be no refunds but store credits.  Bikinis can not be returned  for hygiene purposes. So please, dolls - use our sizing guidelines or send us an email. We will be happy to help find the right size for you.

B. For outerwear and beachwear, there is a 10 working days return policy valid only with a copy of the receipt.

C. All returned items must have its original label, tags, and must be in the same condition as the time of purchase. There will be no exchange or refunds issued if the items are washed or tampered with in any way.

D. All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
